Representatives of the Hall of Fame may ask to interview selected applicants to assist them in the selection process. All applicants will be notified of their status upon selection of the award recipients.

Successful applicants will be invited to a brief award ceremony to be held on May 20, 2024 at the annual HOF Golf Tournament.

Successful applicants will be asked to sign a pledge agreement to communicate regularly with the Hall of Fame via email and provide certain information needed by the Hall of Fame to properly administer the award and monitor academic progress and standing.
