Tax Information

The Albert Einstein High School Athletic Hall of Fame (HOF) is a public charity exempt from Federal taxes under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501 (c)(3). Contributions are deductible under IRC Section 170. The HOF tax ID number is 77-0692852. The HOF is qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.
